I desperately want to feel better and have more energy but life circumstances feel kind of out of control. It’s hard to envision a way to implement any of the health changes I really want to make. I know it is important. I want to pursue what I CAN do, and don’t want to feel stuck anymore.

People are depending on me at work and I don’t want to let them down. I used to feel higher functioning. My thinking was clearer. I got things done. I want to get my brain and body stronger again. I want to increase my performance.

I am thinking about a baby and I know that my health plays a vital role in my ability to conceive and have a healthy pregnancy. I want to do everything I can to give my baby and my body the best chance at health.

It’s been hard to gain traction. I’ve tried a plan that worked for others but it didn’t fit for me. I wonder if it’s worth it to try again. With access to so much information, the options can be overwhelming. I need clarity on what will really work for me.

I have started a healing protocol and it contains so much new information that it feels overwhelming. I am not sure if it is working or not. Should I keep going? I have a lot of brewing questions.  I need to process and organize my priorities before I go to my doctor so I can maximize my appointment. And I need to have help implementing my doctor’s recommendations afterward.

Some negative side effects of my medication are weighing me down. My physician has told me that significant lifestyle changes would be necessary for me to reduce my dosage or wean off of it entirely. I am inspired about what is possible but want partnership in the journey to have accountability and help to implement the recommendations. 

I am going through a major life transition. Having regular rhythms in my life to help ground me is vital, especially in times of upheaval and uncertainty. I need help building some self-care routines that are life-giving and will not only sustain me but help me thrive on the other side of this.

I have a nagging sense that something is off. I have a recurring symptom that makes me wonder if something serious is going on with my health. I need to face it but I don’t want to do it alone. I need a safe, objective place, to talk it out and come up with a plan.

I have gotten a difficult diagnosis. My physician has given me recommendations and when I think about making these changes, I’m not sure if I can really do it. Especially long term. I want a sounding board, helpful resources, and the support to take each step as it comes.

I am in a care-taking role. So much of my time goes to ensure my loved ones are provided for that there isn’t much left for self-care. I want to thrive but I am in survival mode and need a fresh perspective about what is possible.

I have done genetic testing and I know from my family history that a specific chronic disease is a real possibility and I want to do everything I can to prevent it from becoming my story. I want to get proactive.
