bright isle Private Coaching
8 sessions over 3 months * $500
We start with a free 20-minute call where we discuss what barriers or challenges get in the way of your best health and how I may work alongside you to facilitate your personal breakthroughs. If it feels like a green light, we schedule our first full session. We will meet in a private outdoor location or virtually, whichever feels most comfortable for you. These sessions facilitate clarity, vision and personal action plans that are unique to what you value, how you are wired, and address your current life circumstances. Participants find they are able to make traction in areas of their health where they previously felt stuck. We break things down into doable steps, all the while keeping the bigger picture and goals in mind, until new neural pathways are formed in the brain resulting in desired healthy habits. Let’s partner together to get you there. I will work alongside you to support and facilitate your breakthroughs.
bright isle Renewal Group
8 (90 minute) sessions, over 3 months + materials included * $250
If you have been feeling stagnant, in a fog, discouraged, depressed, anxious, or overwhelmed and are ready to feel better, this group is designed for you.
There will be easy to read self-paced material, reflecting on the most researched causes of depression, and lifestyle strategies that have proven to be helpful. In-person sessions will be held at outdoor locations (physically distanced) with stress reduction and mindfulness activities, group discussion, personal reflection, and prayer. Find your footing and gain some traction in your journey out of depression.
In the event of inclement weather, the session will shift to Google Meet. Maximum of 8 participants per group. Masks will be reassessed as we move through the stay at home order. See more details about this group in the bright isle Renewal Group FAQ.
